Its stunning beach location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting and is an ideal location for exploring the area. Very close by there is the Nature reserve, including the Landguard peninsula. A traditional sea front and stunning pier with all the usual attractions. A very well served town centre with shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. A great place to spend some days relaxing by the sea, make a cuppa, walk, read, picnic lunch, have a swim and then have a snooze before a fish and chip supper. The hut is rustic, but comfortable, long benches with cushions for naps, and a stove and kettle. Ideal for couples, families and friends gathering. Doggie friendly.

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife.
