It is 0.16 miles from the beach (8 min walk), waterpark, mini golf, go carts, many top-tier restaurants, shops, an iconic lighthouse, and much more!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. First floor one-bedroom North OC condo with great view and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, park and mini golf. The size of the bed is king, and we have pull out queen sofa in the living room. Between the bedroom and the living room is the fully equipment kitchen and coffee and tea station. There is one bathroom. We provide free linens, towels and sheets. We have two TVs in the unit one is in the living room and one in the bedroom.

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Located uptown , across the street from Starbucks, Juice Bar, Wawa, Justine's Ice Cream, CVS Pharmacy, McDonald's, Candy Kitchen and a lot of restaurants like Crabcake Factory and Tailchasers. Northside Park on 125th St is a quick walk to watch soccer tournaments or July fireworks. Park your car in the lot and take the OC bus for $4 all day.
