Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. Each bedroom also has its own separate floor heaters as well.

Located just 5 miles from Greencreek, 12 miles from Grangeville, 5 miles to Kueterville. Located 4 blocks from St. Mary's Catholic Church, and 5 blocks from Hospital. we have Cottonwood Ski Lodge and Snow Haven close. We welcome all guests professional or recreational and welcome those who stay over attending family events.

Cute Studio Apartment, located on Main Street in Cottonwood Idaho. One Queen Bedroom, one bathroom with a farm house feel. Couch folds out to full size bed as well. Full kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots and pans, all kitchen items you will need. Keurig coffee machine is also available. We have laundry facilities on site which are free to use.
