This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

The Steading forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Studio). This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. Only an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and St Andrews, it is also the ideal base for golfers, walkers and visitors to Scotland.

Charming cottage with all modern conveniences. Self check-in available. Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.
