Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v majhni vasici na hribu blizu Kopra, in je obdana s čudovito naravo, dih jemajočimi razgledi, vinogradi in oljčnimi nasadi. Kljub temu da je bila hiša prenovljena, smo želeli ohraniti izvirni istrski slog. Casa del nonno je zagotovo idealen kraj za tiste, ki si želijo odmakniti od mestnega vrveža ter si želijo sproščenega in udobnega bivanja v sožitju z naravo.

Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.
