Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Welcome to your getaway - our cozy bungalow right on Honeoye Lake! Located in the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes on our waterfront property. We look forward to your stay! Comfortably sleeps 2 in a full-sized bed & 1 on our couch. The property includes flat-land lake access, seasonal dock, fire pit, gas grill, gazebo & patio, kayaks for rent, WiFi, TV/DVD, YouTube TV, cook-your-own breakfast w/eggs & fruit provided, seasonal A/C, and a pub & marina in walking distance.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!
