Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Fully stocked with linens and bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and cookware. We are across the road from the lake with lakefront access. This includes high chair, stroller, baby tub, exersauser, and pack n play. This is an additional $50 for the length of the stay.

The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.
