Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Our home has a large living area which gets plenty of light and looks out over our lovely garden. The bedrooms are generous, each with a desk. The master has a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath. The third bedroom can be set up with 2 singles or with a King size bed. We are close to trams (15 mins to town), and plenty of shops, restaurants and parks, including famous Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. There is also easy access to nearby cycle paths.
