Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

La zona e centrale e ben servita. La casa e situata a 8 min. a piedi dalla stazione Santa Lucia e a 10 min. da Piazzale Roma, a 2 min abbiamo la fermata Riva di Biasio che collega l'intera città e conduce a San Marco, Murano, Burano etc. Ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire la bellezza della magica Venezia!
