More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Calme, rural et paisible. Détente assurée! Très belles vues sur la campagne. GR 406 avec de nombreuses promenades à proximité. Castellane est à seulement 10 km. Les Gorges du Verdon sont à 30 minutes. chambre et salle de douche sont en étage accessibles par un escalier. La salle de douche est petite mais fonctionnelle, faible hauteur sous plafond dans la douche. Deux espaces extérieurs. Ce cottage ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un seul animal de compagnie accepté.
