Welcome to our clean, cosy, & well located city retreat. Please check my profile for reviews from our other location. Whilst not a sleek modern home, it is a home filled with warmth and comfort, we want it to feel like you are visiting an old friend. Built by my parents in 1958 this home has always been a place of love, laughter and cherished memories. Whilst not suitable for children or pets, it offers a unique, nostalgic experience. The Adelaide airport is a convenient 8 min Uber away!

A modern, self-contained studio in a private fenced garden with own street access, ideal for professionals or holidaymakers. Free street parking, a short drive from the CBD, airport and beaches make it the perfect base to explore Adelaide and nearby regions. Highly walkable, with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, Thebarton Oval, Thebarton Theatre, gyms and shops all nearby. A full kitchen/Europ. appliances, fast WiFi, a north-facing workstation and a separate bathroom opening to a courtyard.

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

'Westside Story' - Your Cosy Studio Awaits

Private and cosy self contained studio with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Your humble abode boasts a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed in perfect position of your smart TV. Also featuring ceiling fan, A/C, kitchenette with washing machine, dining area and a sparkling bathroom. A working station is provided with Wi-Fi, all you need is your laptop or device. Your own private undercover courtyard is there to complete your ‘Westside Story’ experience.

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.

Our dog friendly home is fully fenced and presents beautifully with quality furnishings throughout, with exceptional everyday conveniences all within walking distance. A fantastic location to base yourself from for events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium and Adelaide Oval.
