Enjoy the entire home by yourself. Enjoy eating complimentary breakfast in the garden. I have a beautiful backyard with lots of fruit trees and plants. This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum.

Dallas sites, Rowlett, and Rockwall are all nearby.

Incl: free use of our kayaks and paddleboard. On a private narrow rough dirt road drive slowly!

Quiet, private converted open garage, approximately 450+ sq ft, attached to mid-century Dallas home. Private entrance, Private bath & garden patio! Sleeps 3 on loft bed or futon. No TV. Great place to relax, sit by the garden, or explore park and White Rock Lake. We are neighborhood friendly, which means no parties, quiet hours and no guests after 10 pm.
