Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Oceanview Cottage Rental

This home has a spectacular view of the harbour! ➡️Very Important! If you are very tall! Ceilings are low! 6Ft high to the beams and 6.5Ft in between the beams. There is a stair walkway going down to the home. Parking is limited & is for one vehicle roadside next to the stair walkway. We are only a 10 minute walk from Brimstone Head Walking Trail and from the main area which has Restaurants, Clothing Store and Museums. ➡️We suggest arriving early for the ferry ➡️No smoking

It is surrounded by the ocean and beautiful barrens where you can often see caribou and other wildlife wandering about. Welcome to Stella’s place located minutes away from Brimstone Head walking trail and the festival that takes place in early August.A beautiful and quiet place near the ocean where you can enjoy amazing sunsets! Minutes away from restaurants and walking trails.The water at the house isn’t drinkable but there is a water station on the right as you enter the town of Fogo.Details in the photos on my post.

An old saltbox house, age around 100 years located in Joe Batt's Arm. Seconds away from a craft shop and museum. A five-minute walk from a grocery store. There are walking trails within the community. The owner of the house lives next door. We are pet-friendly
