Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Cabin is a two story shipping container home with enormous picture windows bringing the outside in. A free cooking fire pit in the woods. The optional extra of a wood burning hottub **(£90 with enough logs to keep you going)** The hot tub will be heating up for your arrival.
