Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. If you're searching for a quintessential English country cottage then The Old Piggery is perfect. A warm and inviting bijou space, the property sleeps two but still feels roomy with a mix of rustic, modern and mid century furniture. The pretty cottage garden and grounds boasts a fire pit area for star gazing evenings and a natural pond adjoining fields. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
