If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Probably the most magical bus in the UK, it is anything but ordinary. Inspired by Harry Potter and the Orient Express x Roll top bath with TV in the master bedroom, video gaming area in the drivers seat, wet room, formal dining area that converts to lounge and TV snug. Also a First Class waiting room outside for extra space for group activities! Fantastic views of the countyside and river, log burner, central heating, she is set up for use all year around - magical!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. Relax in our cozy Lodge, just 20 mins from Dover Castle, ferry port, and Eurotunnel. We're 1 min from Howletts Zoo and a 5-min walk to Bekesbourne station with direct trains to Canterbury and London. The scenic village of Bridge is a 20-min walk or 2-min drive, offering a Michelin-star pub, lovely garden pubs, and handy amenities like a shop, café, pharmacy, optician, and hairdresser We have a cot with mattress available for your little ones

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

The Annexe Close to Dover Port

The Annexe is a stylish, 2 bed, family friendly property, 5 minute drive from Dover Port and Dover Castle, Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 2 Adults. The property consists of 1 King Bedroom and 1 very small box bedroom with bunk beds, Open plan kitchen and living area, Shower room and Patio garden area. The property is based at the rear of the main house and access is via a gravel path.

The Den at Castle Lea

Our home and The Den are situated in a valley between Folkestone and Hawkinge and surrounded by country side views. we are just a 10 minute car journey from the Eurotunnel, 20 minutes from the port of Dover and 30mins from Canterbury and Ashford. A 5 minute drive into Folkestone and you have Folkestone central train station with regular links to London.
