We’re perfectly located: a very short drive to downtown historic Charleston; a quick walk to Folly Beach County Park; and a five-minute walk to our great beaches! We’re also 2 blocks away from Folly’s Sunset Cay Marina and ship’s store To book our house, guests must be 25 years old or older; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We cannot allow pets or smoking! Please respect quiet hours, too. .

The 4th bedroom would be great for kids and has a couch and a bunk bed for kids to sleep, play games or watch movies. Outdoor spaces include a huge deck under the oak tree, a screened in porch & let's not forget the outdoor shower!

The Sand Bar is a 4BR/3BA oceanfront home sleeping 10 — built for families and groups who want the beach at their doorstep and real room to spread out. Three decks: one oceanfront for sunrise coffee, one for sunbathing, one covered with an 8-foot dining table. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided. Folly Pier, restaurants, and shops are minutes away.
