This one bedroom condo located in SW Houston, TX can sleep three; two guests in the queen size bed, plus another in the living room (either on sofa or on air mattress I can provide). There is an attached a one-car garage accessible from my kitchen. The unit is the bottom right corner of a two story building, with convenient access to the quad's courtyard. The unit interior is completely new [a rebuild] and all appliances, fixtures and even walls are brand new. Houston has a half a million cool places to eat. In just the year I've lived here I've found at more than a dozen excellent restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The community is gated and quiet, just minutes from downtown's Montrose district, a straight shot down on HWY 59 (IH-69), about 7 miles. We are located just outside the loop (IH-610) and just off of 59 at Hillcroft, on Sands Point Drive. It's SO EASY to get here from anywhere. No matter where I decide to dine, whether the Galleria area, Montrose, or the Heights, I can get home usually in under ten minutes.
