Our suite features a separate entrance, a queen sized bed, seating area, coffee maker, a large bathroom with essential toiletries provided, and an outdoor seating area.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Our delightful 1 bed/1 bath guest suite is located within a short walk to Fort Myers Historic Downtown River District & Caloosahatchee River. This unique guest space is part of our charming 1912 Craftsman attached at the rear of our home with its own private entrance and bath (no shared spaces).
