A bonus room can be used as a laptop friendly office space. A fully equipped kitchen contains basic appliances, Keurig, and more. Backyard has privacy fence/grill. Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

Corner lot is centrally located in Leesville with walking distance to the nearest park and a short drive to the grocery store. The house is furnished throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains basic appliances, a coffee bar, and more. A grill in the back is available for those who enjoy a little outdoor cooking. A wonderful place for a relaxing getaway, or a homey place to unwind when working away from home. No pets or smoking!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
