Welcome to your private, solar-powered retreat in Flagstaff! Our 3-room guest suite is perfectly located in the city's newest dark-sky neighborhood, placing you on historic Route 66 and just minutes from downtown along the railroad tracks. Explore both our urban trail and local favorites (digital guidebook provided). You will share our driveway, but we're happy to be as close or as far away as you like during your stay. Netflix, fast internet, pet friendly, breakfast items, laundry upon request.

Studio in the Pines

Flagstaff is a wonderful place to hike, bike and other outdoor activities. The studio is comfortable & cozy stay for couples/solo travelers. Enjoy fresh air from your private deck, entrance & parking . Very private but comfort of your hosts next door should you have any needs. We are convenient to freeways, this does bring some noise but otherwise a quiet neighborhood, sound machine provided. *Host is allergic to pets, so in addition to our no pet policy, we cannot accommodate service animals.

Drift away on a king bed, wake to treetop views, and shower under a rainfall showerhead. Room for family & friends to spread out + extra beds: 1 full 4" foldable + 1 queen inflatable mattress.) Walk across the street to Fratelli Pizza & Flagstaff Market Station. On the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) for easy access to downtown.

The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Our retreat is located only 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, and 5 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl. This is the perfect mountain getaway. No need getting through town with all the traffic. You can sleep in and still be one of the first ones on the slopes, mountain biking, or hiking. We are also 60 miles from the majesty Grand Canyon. Come stay with us"

Sleeps 2 in a queen bed and 2 on full size futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
