It offers a quiet & luxurious country retreat yet just 8 miles from the City of Norwich. It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

Beautifully set in an acre of gardens and orchard and surrounded by countryside, with a network of footpaths from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Norwich, the coast or the Norfolk Broads. Neighbouring villages have farm shops, cafes, garden centres, pubs, supermarkets and various take aways.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
