Styled on a hotel room suite, rather than self catering, The Snug has 2 “off road” private parking spaces, King Size bed, separate sofa bed sitting area, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh milk, & large shower / bathroom. But no cooking.

We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

The road is so quiet that you will hear the birds sing, especially when you sit in the private outside area in the morning sun. There is aCoOp in the town 2 garages, 4 pubs.

A holiday home made with you and your dog in mind. Relax with the log burner, blankets and a beautiful view of our farm. Drying room for your dog and large crate available. Two bedroom, two bathroom. Sleeps four (two double beds) but ideally suited to two or three guests. Cosy dressing gowns, towels and bed linen provided. Expect some wear and tear as we welcome multiple pets. Originally built as a farmhouse in C 1700, Talltrees was recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard combining the contemporary open plan way of living with a warm homely feeling. This country retreat sits in over an acre of private land with the owners separate accommodation at the opposite end of the site. It is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Framlingham and its selection of eateries and independent shops. We maintain and clean our house to a very high standard.

The barn contains a stunning galleried bedroom overlooking the dramatic lounge area complete with oak beams and an open fireplace. Private enclosed garden great for those with dogs. The only noise is the sound of birdsong.

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
