My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Welcome to our cozy camp steps away from Sawyer Lake, offering access to 6 beaches. Enjoy our pedal boat and paddle board on the water. Minutes away from Bank of NH Pavilion for concerts, Tilton Outlets, Gunstock, NH speedway and Lake Winnipesaukee. Pet-friendly with a relaxing hot tub in the back. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway in nature!

The Skylight Barn with Hot Tub

Soak in the natural light at the Skylight Barn! Only 8 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike Park. Off of the beaten path and private yet a minute's drive to the amenities of Tilton, NH. About 20 minutes drive from the lakes and 35 to the mountains. This second story barn space is a large studio style layout with a 3/4 bath and all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the center beam and shower curtain rod are on the short side, about 5.5 feet tall.
