We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Tucked away below Deerfield Ridge: four minutes' drive to Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook, Bement, and just 17 miles to Amherst or Northampton and their colleges. If you like a secluded spot, you will be happy here with us and we will respect your privacy. The entrance is the only shared space.

Hill-Ross Guest Suite

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Our place is on a gravel road on a serene lake. You’ll love the tranquility - not far from city life, but ideal to just relax. This secluded summer spot includes… -kayaks for exploring, and -a paddle boat for relaxing on the water. There are also many enjoyable attractions in the towns nearby, including Shelburne, Williamsburg, Ashfield, and Cummington. It's great for couples & families.
