There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room with a full kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
