Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Enjoy this one king bed, one bath cozy apartment on the second level of the old barn at Deepwell Farm, a 205 year old estate in lovely Wilmot, NH in the valley beneath Mount Kearsarge. The rustic exposed beams are a treat, while modern conveniences of a full kitchen and laundry can make any short to long-term stay enjoyable. A local pond with beach and amenities, and multiple hiking / biking trails await your outdoor adventures.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

The house is a short, two-minute walk to Proctor Academy and is ideal for anyone visiting the school or surrounding attractions. Cozy private get away. A little bigger than a tiny house, apart from the main farm house and barns on a beautiful hill top setting. Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
