The Tennis Villas Condos are the newest condos at the Amelia Plantation. The community pool is adjacent to the condo. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and both bathrooms have whirlpool bathtubs, a shower, separate water closets, and 2 vanities in each bathroom.

Dogs are considered but must be approved by management as there are restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and the required pet fee is $150 (plus 12% tax.)
