The surrounding activities offered as diverse as wine tasting and gastronomical experenses,numerous art galeries, horse riding and mountain hiking.

You’ll love my place because of the sea view, its tranquility, the garden, and its central location close to Cape Town Airport and the Winelands. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My place is very good for couples as well as solo adventurers and - if you don’t mind sharing one open space with everyone - even for small families (with kids).

The property is ideally located with a short drive to local wine estates, shops and beaches. It is situated on the way to Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, close to wine farms and Stellenbosch Central. A small shopping centre is 300m away and is open daily from 7am to 7pm.
