På trods af centrale placering er der roligt. Som andre gamle ejendomme i København er der ingen elevator. Lejligheden har et typisk lille københavnertoilet med bruser, det er lille, men velfungerende.

The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.
