Irene’s Dream is a brand new beautifully equipped home with Hottub, WiFi & full Sky TV package inc. Sky Sports. Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Tarka Trail is literally on our doorstep, beaches are a 10 min drive away WE PREFER NO BIG ADULT ONLY GROUPS THIS IS 4 BEDROOMED HOME BUT MAX No OF ADULTS STAYING AT ONE TIME IS 6+ CHILDREN respecting our neighbours is our priority

Spacious, self contained, newly refurbished farmhouse wing in secluded village with fantastic views of estuary and beyond. Relax in the garden, explore the local area. Walk, run, cycle, golf , swim, surf. Amazing beaches, dunes, moorland, rolling hills, rugged coastline, a short drive away. A mile from the Tarka Trail cycle route.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

A peaceful rural retreat near North Devon beaches

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Two Corffe Cottages, Heated Indoor Pool

Once the stables and outbuildings of the impressive Corffe House, Corffe has been beautifully restored, transforming it into a relaxing holiday cottage complex with a wealth of facilities for all ages. Whatever the weather, Corffe provides the ideal base for family holidays and gatherings, stay on site and enjoy the shared indoor pool (with hot tub), tennis court and play area or head out and within 10 minutes you’ll be at the nearest beach. Year round week stays and short breaks available.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Cottage nr Braunton with log burner & river views

Woolstone Cottage is situated in the hillside village of Ashford with views over The River Taw. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

The River Loft Unique & Quirky Annexe in Braunton

The River Loft is a unique loft conversion set in peaceful location of Braunton. Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Rural retreat above the river Taw and Tarka Trail

The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.

Villa Wishing Well

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!
