The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. I’m always available for advice and have some great tips and ideas for special and memorable things to do in Cape Town. The neighbourhood has a real village-like vibe to it. Everything is walkable and very convenient—beaches, shops, restaurants, and so on. The promenade is just a few hundred meters away, and is perfect for an early morning jog or evening sunset walk. Walk, bike, taxi or local buses, but everything is very close by. Travel crib can be set up upon request if you are travelling with babies or toddlers.

Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient.
