It is located only 32 mins/22 miles from Kings Canyon National Park where you can enjoy walking among the majestic giant sequoias of General Grant Grove, relaxing at Hume Lake, or adventuring in Boyden Cavern. The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

With easy access to Kings Canyon National Park this peaceful little cottage has it all. Come relax with the whole family and kick your feet up around the outdoor BBQ and watch the hummingbirds. We have board games ,books on the area, toys for children ,badmitten,horseshoes, and croquet. The yard is completely fenced for children and pets . Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.
