Charmant studio en vieille ville

Charmant studio situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Fribourg avec une vue imprenable sur la Sarine. Il se compose d'un grand lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisinette et d'un petit balcon. Logement pour 1 ou 2 personnes, indépendant, de 24m2, dans une maison familiale. Nous mettons à votre disposition la literie, les serviettes de toilette et une machine à laver et sécher le linge. Le ménage est effectué une fois par semaine, appartement non fumeur et non adapté aux animaux.

Appartement indépendant et paisible, idéalement situé au rez inférieur d’une maison familiale récente, au cœur de la Gruyère. À seulement 10 minutes de Bulle et de l’autoroute, profitez d’un cadre calme en campagne. À proximité, découvrez une multitude d’activités : ski, luge, randonnées en raquettes, bains thermaux, piscine couverte, lac, sites historiques, balades et gastronomie locale… tout est à portée de main ! Une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique est disponible sur demande!

Le chalet est situé à 1200m (alt.) sur la montagne les Pléiades en pleine nature (véhicule nécessaire). Le lieu est idéal pour combiner randonnées, et découvrir la région du Lac Léman. Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Studio mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Saanenland

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

La Ferme

La Ferme est une bâtisse de 1822 classée comme monument historique. Comme toutes les anciennes fermes fribourgeoises, le logement est en bois avec des fourneaux à molasse et des pièces en enfilade, des plafonds bas max 1.90. Rénové complètement avec chauffage central et commodités d'un appartement moderne. Le fourneau à molasse est utilisable, du bois est à disposition. Vous vivrez dans un univers tel que pouvait le vivre les paysans en 1822, confort en plus ....

Die Bäckerei Buchs, das Hotel-Restaurant Zum Wasserfall, die Posthaltestelle, sowie die Raiffeisenbank erreicht man in nur 5 Gehminuten. In gut 10 Gehminuten sind die Jaun-Gastlosen Bergbahnen erreichbar. Wander- und Bikewege im Sommer und Ski alpin und nordisch Pisten im Winter sind sehr beliebt.
