Laura_Sea view Apartment_1 is a part of LAURA house-complex which includes totaly three accommodations . It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Είναι ιδανικό για δύο άτομα, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει και τρίτο άτομο αφού στον χώρο της κουζίνας υπάρχει πολυθρόνα που γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι.

Το Milos Mountain Nikitas – N1 είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μεζονέτα δύο επιπέδων για έως 5 άτομα. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας–σαλονιού με μονή πολυθρόνα που μετατρέπεται σε μονό κρεβάτι, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο στο κάτω επίπεδο και δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο στον επάνω όροφο. Η μεζονέτα είναι αυτόνομη εσωτερικά, ενώ στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου υπάρχουν 3 στούντιο. Η αυλή και η πισίνα είναι κοινόχρηστες. Κλιματισμός & δωρεάν Wi-Fi.

A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

A newly built family apartment at Apolpaina of Lefkada (3 Km from the city of Lefkada). The house is located in a tranquil site, combining both the green surroundings and a picturesque view. It is about 5 minutes by car to the city center of Lefkada. It has direct access to the road leading to the amazing beaches of lefkada. The house overlooks out over the city with views of the Ionian sea, the city’s sea-lagoon and the entrance of the Island.

The studio is located in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.
