WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

Frisco Home for some fun, sun and rest!

This is a three bedroom house, it has a King bedroom, queen bedroom, a room with a set of bunk beds. It’s fully furnished. Fully furnished kitchen, outside charcoal grill, one bathroom with a shower, we have provided towels and the beds are already made. We just installed a nice outside shower,fully enclosed and very private. A spacious living room, t.v., high speed internet, plenty of parking space. We supply start up paper towel, toilet paper, shower gel, soap and trash bags, dish detergent.

You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

Lots of extras: kayaks, fishing poles, badminton set, beach toys, games, puzzles, books, children's toys, etc. It is close to north and south beaches, 4x4 ramps, dining, shopping and groceries. There is a beautiful path to the sound to watch the sunset or put your kayak or windsurfer in. One of the most beautiful places on earth! It is also a very short drive to the beach. It is so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Wake up with some of Wes's fresh roasted coffee.
