Walk to Franco's Bistro for from Scratch Italian food, or Bob's Seafood for a fish taco! This is a piece of paradise on sweet Pettingill Pond in the heart of Windham.

The enormous kitchen island is perfect for gathering, whether preparing a family feast or enjoying casual conversations. Snuggle up by the propane fireplace in the living area, or spend evenings around the outdoor firepit, making s’mores under the stars. The breathtaking lake views create a serene backdrop for your vacation.

Rustic, cozy cabin on Sebago Lake. A hidden gem.

Step out of the screened in patio to lakeside relaxation. Dive into crystal waters, snorkel or float with a cool beverage. Kayak or canoe out to Turtle Cove and enjoy the wildlife in this natural waterway teeming with birds to include our resident Blue Heron, ducks, geese, and loons who make this place their home. We have the fortune of bald eagle pairs in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Sebago Lake Cottage | Rare Private Beach & Views

Enjoy your private beachfront getaway on Maine’s scenic Sebago Lake! This charming, dog-friendly cottage features a rare, season-long private beach, gorgeous lake views, cozy interiors, and easy access to local attractions. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or family vacation. The summer season (mid-June-Sept 4) requires a Sat to Sat rental. AC/heat split units in each bedroom plus common area. Sebago Retreat is a NON-smoking property.
