Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

The brick building, originally built in 1945 as a downtown law office, has undergone a full restoration including new windows, doors, paint, fixtures, upgrades and a brand new mural in the outdoor private courtyard behind the cottage.
