Charming home with lots of light

100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. The home has a washer and dryer in the basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (Please see Other details to note). The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). WE DO NOT ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENCE AS THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

Holbrook is a charming town in the heart of Route 66. My family has lived here our whole lives and love our town. We have a two story home with with a birds eye view of Holbrook and The historic Wigwam Hotel that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s Cars movie. The downstairs is for our guests and is comfortable, cozy and clean. We are 20 minutes to a four hour drive to The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona and much more

This light and airy apartment has everything you need, whether for a couple of nights or a week. Enjoy a hike in the piñon/juniper woods surrounding our property, and take our puppy (Lily) with you. We are in the heart of Indian Country surrounded by the Navajo and Zuni Reservation, and midway between Santa Fe and Flagstaff or Sedona, an hour from Gallup and Grants.
