The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.
