Originally a paddy storage room, this unique structure features three foot-thick walls and windows opening out to the surrounding greenery. The unit has been recently renovated to include a cozy loft, verandah, and pantry counter. The room has an attached bathroom with hot water. Breakfast is provided and lunch/dinner can be arranged at an additional cost.

The place is situated in Wattala that's on the way to Colombo from the airport. Colombo is 5km away (Approx 10 km to the heart of Colombo). Beach is 3 km's from my place. Traveling to Airport takes only 25 minutes on the highway. The Place is equipped with split unit air conditions. What you see is what you get (refer snaps).

We have provided a large door to the wash room with adequate space within the washroom for a disabled person. A very calm and quiet place bordering a historic canal. A space designed by a renowned Architect in Sri Lanka with all facilities. We have back up power and an intercom service with the host providing a safe haven for the guest. If you have spare time you may sit by the canal which is 30'0" below and relax or read a book.
