This area has had tremendous cosmetic investment by the organising committee of the world cup, as it is positioned on walking route to the stadium that is popular for sporting fixtures and concerts. Guests access the entire apartment, private balcony, shared swimming pool and barbecue area, reception area and resident's parking garage accessed directly from the lift. I do not live on the premises. In most cases I make use of the Airbnb self check-in facility because I prepare for guests in the morning and live too far away to be able to return to the city for late check in times. I am however constantly available on message and phone for enquiries and conversation. De Waterkant is a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes, and museums. Venture out to Bo Kaap nearby and explore its cobblestone streets, green spaces, and rooftop lounges. Both areas are within walking distance of the city centre.

It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town.
