The townhouse is situated on Derwent Road in Tamboerskloof, the most sought-after trendy neighbourhood in Cape Town. While just out of the city centre with quiet tree-lined streets, Kloof Street delights with its restaurants, bars and shops and links to Bree Street. Uber or taxi's are the best way of hopping from spot to spot. Everything is close! Mycity bus runs 1 road up or down. We are currently experiencing a severe drought in the Western Cape. Severe water restrictions have been put in place, we ask that you respect the restrictions and not run long showers and laundry facilities are used sensibly.

The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
