Mon studio est très confortable. Situé en rez-de-chaussée sur cour, il est très paisible. L'entrée se fait directement par la porte vitrée d'atelier sur cour, au milieu de mes plantes. Je l'ai aménagé avec beaucoup de soin pour tirer le meilleur parti de sa petite surface. Il est parfaitement équipé en cuisine et en salle de bain. Le lit est situé en mezzanine. Son seul défaut est le manque de lumière, mais c'est aussi une qualité en été où il reste très frais quand la canicule oppresse Paris.

Tranquil and intimate appartement in one of Paris’ liveliest neighbourhoods. The space is an inspiration and „home“ to world reknown writers, painters and film makers - as well as for travellers who want to be in the heart of the city of love. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
