L'appartement de 70m2 est en duplex et a été entièrement rénové récemment. Les volumes sont très séduisants avec parfois 5 mètres de hauteur sous plafond. Le mur principal est une grande bain vitrée. Il n'est pas possible d'occulter la lumière et la chambre, qui est ouverte, n'est pas dans l'obscurité au lever du soleil. Le premier niveau est une grande pièce à vivre, confortable, avec une cuisine ouverte. S'y trouve un canapé-lit très confortable. Il est à proximité de la station Vavin de la ligne 4, de Notre-Dame-des-Champs de la ligne 12 et de Raspail sur la ligne 6. La station RER de Port-Royal est toute proche et permet de se rendre directement à Charles-de-Gaulle ou à Orly.
