Lakeside Oasis

Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a jacuzzi with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is lakefront and has 3 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. This restored lake front log cabin is a fishing, kayaking, and water sports paradise on Mountain Island Lake. The home boasts professionally designed spaces inside and out, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Enjoy the water from the private dock with included kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, then end the day by the fire pit as the sun begins to set. Across the lake is the undisturbed shoreline of Latta Plantation, including miles of hiking trails.

Fully unwind & experience ultimate relaxation at our rustic cabin, with the lake just a few steps from the door. Very quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Dog friendly for fur babies under 21 lb. Bottom floor is a separate unit with a full time tenant.
