This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It is located a few kilometers north of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Omis (6 km ) and 25 kilometers east of Split .Gata located not far from the river Cetina. Beautiful little house in a very quiet and peaceful place.The house built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, in the countryside, in a quiet place. Studio flat has the capacity of 2+1. Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.
