Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite.
