It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.

A fully renovated (June '19) 31m² studio apt located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the square of Georgioupolis and only about 150m from the beach.
