Watch as the sun sets over the hill in front of you. Then, above you on a clear night, the Milky Way and a myriad of constellations appear. Truly rested, fall asleep in comfort & silence.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Situated in Middlemuir Heights Holiday park ten minutes from Ayr. It's a tranquil and mostly residential park in the lovely Ayrshire Countryside. There are woodland walks nearby and it is a short drive to the coast. This accommodation is more suited for couples or families wanting a quiet break. The cozy static caravan has a small deck to the side with seating. There is 5G Wifi and a tv in the sitting room. There is a bar and restaurant in the village a ten minute walk away.

Conveniently situated a short drive from Glasgow and Prestwick airports, with excellent transport links into the city of Glasgow and beyond. It is worth noting, that this property is also ideally placed for guests who wish to visit Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, the Ayrshire coast, or embark on the NC500.

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds.
